DeuxDuel Terms of Service

By using DeuxDuel you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use DeuxDuel for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.

Apple Music

Song previews and playback are provided through Apple MusicKit and are subject to Apple's terms. DeuxDuel does not host or distribute audio. Saving songs to a playlist requires your Apple Music authorization.

DeuxDuel Plus (subscriptions & purchases)

• Plus removes advertising. It is offered as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refunds are handled by Apple.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse, automate, or attempt to manipulate voting or rankings, reverse engineer the App, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.

Intellectual property

DeuxDuel, its design, and software are owned by CB Industries, LLC. Song metadata and artwork belong to their respective owners and are provided via Apple Music.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CB Industries, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
